Acacia Honey
€18,00
Monofloral honey produced by our bees, which live near Robinia Pseudoacacia trees within our estate and draw nectar exclusively from them.
It is from the blossoms of this tree, when pollinated by bees, that this distinctive honey is derived—lightly floral in aroma, with a uniquely sweet, vanilla-like flavor.
Acacia honey is very light in color, almost transparent, and has a naturally liquid consistency. t has a very low crystallization rate and can remain in a liquid state for a very long time, thanks to its high fructose concentration compared to glucose. On the contrary, honeys with a lower ratio tend to crystallize more quickly.
Harvest area: Villa Viscarda – Parco dei Colli di Bergamo
Our beehives are located in the wooded areas of our estate, far from sources of heavy pollution and industrial emissions. As a result, the honey preserves its natural characteristics, undergoing no treatments whatsoever. We do not feed the bees with any sugary substances, nor do we use chemical synthetics or antibiotics.

To preserve its nutrients and ensure its purity, the most important thing is to keep it raw, meaning it is produced naturally and artisanally, with bees foraging on various types of flowers, and not through an industrial blending process; raw honey is directly extracted from the comb and simply filtered and settled to remove any traces of wax and natural impurities that might be present.
